Product development and parts reproduction
Pan Taiwan has ability to make products according to your prints, specifications and/or samples. We reverse engineer those parts which are not available anymore but still be needed. We make them look like authentic, sometimes are even better than the original ones. Over the years, we have built our skills and reputation. We understand what has to be done and what is don’t do. Our capability cover many processes. If you need a product which is not with the market specification, we can also built it for you with reasonable price and MOQ.
Over the years, Pan Taiwan don’t just supply aftermarket ready goods, but also work with customers to build the product they needs. We have subcontractors those cover many manufacturing processes such as plastic injection, stamping, rolling, deep drawing, rubber molding, die casting, forging, machining and assembly. There are also a team of very experienced engineers who know the processes so well that they can provide the feedback on tolerances or the things that we should pay attention for product development. With your drawing, 3D model, physical samples or even an idea, we are ready to serve you with all our ethusiasm.
Oftentimes customers would ask us to reproduce the parts which are no longer available in the market. It’s very challenging to rebuild the model from the worn samples. Most of the time, we might get samples with slightly different dimensions. Therefore, it’s not an issue that could be simply solved by scanning the sample. With more than 35 years experiences, Pan Taiwan staff learn to speculate how the parts might be originally. If we are not sure, we know how to leave the space on the tooling for the possible adjustment. We look for the master who can represent the craft of the classic parts. We understand the needs.
