Except for the automotive buckled for seat belt, we are also able to produce seat belt for several other application like for electronic safety, or for rides in amusement park. Accordingly, we offer different types of buckle to meet different needs, such as male buckle, female buckle, push button buckle, flip buckle, electronic safety buckle, and anti-squeeze buckle.

Strict Tests Result in the Best Performance of Buckles

To provide with a quailed buckle, it will have to get various tests. We have fatigue test for different types of buckles up to 100,000 times. Plus, we also cover the Salt spray test to ensure that the buckle won’t be rusted in common environment. Therefore, our well-designed iron buckle can afford up to 3 tons of tensile force. The plastic buckle can also bare 1 to 2 tons of tensile force. Therefore, we can assure that in the common usage and environment, our buckles can definitely stay in a low rate of failure.

Machine on the right is for IQC. It aims to test the hardness of our raw material. The quality of raw material will accordingly reflect on the quality of buckles. The machine on the left is for the QC of tensile tests. The strict test of each buckles will reslut in the low rate of failure. Therefore, these are the most necessary tests that we conduct on our buckles.
